Refund policy

Orders are dispatched within 3–4 weeks of purchase.

For sculptural pieces and custom orders, please allow 4–8 weeks for dispatch.

Shipping is available only within India; charges are calculated at checkout.

Fragile artworks are delivered in wooden crates for safety, while smaller products are securely shipped in boxes.

Concrete is a material born of natural imperfections. Variations in color, texture, and pinholes are intrinsic to its character, making each piece unique. Product images may vary slightly from the actual item.

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in the case of damaged or defective goods.
